Bozeman placenta encapsulation services include placenta capsules, placenta tincture, placenta seeds and a one-of-a- kind placenta print. In the capsules you will find a fine powder which is done to reduce heartburn or stomach upset. This placenta encapsulation package provides the most benefit for anyone considering placenta encapsulation.

Bozeman birth doula services include 2 prenatal meetings to discuss your birth space, your major decisions as a parent, birth wishes, birth details, comfort measures and any other details surrounding your birth day and incorporation of birth doula services. It includes 4+ weeks on call, the birth in its entirety from the time your doula is called, at least 1 hour postpartum, and at least 1 postpartum visit within 1 week of the birth. Most parents utilize this postpartum visit over the phone. As experienced Bozeman birth doulas,  we believe that hands are the most powerful and effective birth tools in a birth room. We use a lot of counter-pressure, massage, hip squeezes and other specialized comfort measures to guide and assist our clients through each contraction. We focus on empowering the partners by coming alongside them to provide comfort measures to their birthing partner. With much guidance prenatally, we work as a well-oiled machine in the birth room accomplishing positive outcomes for their birth space. Feeling lost as to what to do during birth? Want to feel empowered? Want someone who believes in you and your partner? Call us!

Our prenatal education class is designed to walk expectant parents through what to expect in  birth. We take a detailed journey though early labor, active labor, pushing phase, placenta process, immediate postpartum, safety precautions of the care provider, equipment and procedures, newborn examination process, emotions and atmosphere of labor, and empowering tools for the birth team. Scared about what birth will look like? Afraid you can't do it? Want to have an educated, fear-free birth experience..... take this prenatal education course.

The postpartum education course offers new parents a way to prepare for their postpartum period. We review what to expect from the time baby is born until 6 weeks, postpartum meals and preparation, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding and nipples, lip and tongue ties, postpartum team and support, baby-wearing, newborn photography and so much more.  This postpartum education class prepares parents for a realistic postpartum period and allows them to use their prenatal nesting to enhance their postpartum experience. Parents should never feel like they are alone postpartum. Need peace of mine..... take this postpartum education class!

We also have breastfeeding classes available to walk parents through all the preparation pieces that one needs for an informed journey. We find that they more mental and physical preparation work a woman does, the more empowered her journey is. Breastfeeding is never easy, but being informed allows it to be less scary and more fun. In this class we go over how to prepare your body for breastfeeding, breastfeeding positions, deep latch technique, how to  hold and latch a new infant, infant anatomy and how breastfeeding works, pumping, pacifiers, and so much more. This class is one that every new breastfeeding mother should take. There will be many laughs and so much learning along the way.
