This tea is amazing brewed daily during pregnancy or postpartum for mamas who suffer from regular anxiety. You can drink a quart a day or simply sip on it before bed. You get a 32oz mason jar of herbs. If ordered out of town, will be shipped in a plastic bag or plastic container for your safety unless instructed otherwise.
Ingredients: catnip, chamomile, skullcap, red raspberry leaf, spearmint, calendula, lemon balm, passionflower, hops flowers, lavender, valerian root
