For Doula Services and Childbirth Education
All of my prenatal and postpartum classes are in person at your home. It is easier to schedule and it allows for you to be in the comfort of  your own home. If you are interested in prenatal education or postpartum education classes contact me through the "schedule a class" tab below and we will find a time and date that works for both or us. This class is a combination of DVD series of the basics of all the subjects and the other half of the class is tailored to information surrounding your specific birth and birth location. These classes are full of so much fun. 

Postpartum Preparation Education Class

In this Bozeman postpartum education course, as a Bozeman birth doula, I will discuss what the postpartum period looks like from the time the baby is placed into your arms through 6 weeks. We will discuss feeding your baby, soothing your baby, caring for mom's body and perineum, what postpartum should look like, using your nesting time for a productive postpartum, management of the third stage of labor, the wondrous placenta, and much more. After leaving this postpartum education class I want you to feel confident about this wonderful time! I want the postpartum period to be a time of bonding, growing and joy. Removing the mystery helps it be positive instead of a constant struggle.
