Alfalfa Max is taken prenatally by my clients to build up your blood for birth, decrease the risk of postpartum hemorrhage and anemia, and decrease your risk for postpartum shock. Can also be taken postpartum to build your blood back up if you lost more than expected at birth.
Recommended dosage starting at 28 weeks: 4-5 capsules daily (3500-4000 mg)
